I require full payment upfront before I begin working.

Additional fees for complex character designs or props, additional characters, etc will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

I do not accept deadlines or rush orders. Commissions may take upwards of two weeks to be completed. Major delays will be communicated.

I will send progress pictures during sketch, lining, and coloring phases. Major altercations are only allowed during sketch phase, any altercations past this must be minor or will require additional charge.

Final artwork will be delivered via attachment or download link.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission without explanation.

My art style is subject to change. Please examine my most recent artwork examples before inquiring.

I require an image reference for characters! I will not take written descriptions.

A sketch will be sent for your approval before continuation. Please request any major revisions at this stage.

Any further revisions past the sketch phase must be minor (such as color tweaks). Major revisions past this phase will result in additional charges.

You may request a full refund before the sketch phase has begun. If you need a refund, please message me ASAP.

If I am unable to complete or must cancel a commission for any reason, a partial or full refund will be provided.

Commissioned artwork is for personal usage only. Commercial use is not allowed.

I may post your commission to my personal pages or showcase them on my portfolio. Please let me know ahead of time if you'd like to remain anonymous.

You may reupload your commission to your personal social media pages or public accounts with credit.

Commissioning me with the intention of reselling my work as merchandise, for NFTs or cryptocurrency, or to train AI datasets will result in an immediate blacklist.

Designs may be placed on hold for upwards of 3 days, in which they will be listed for sale again if payment is not recieved.

My designs can be edited in any way, shape, or form, including original artwork. Please make a note if artwork has been edited.

My designs may be freely resold, gifted, or traded.

I do not offer refunds or tradebacks.
